Orange Julius

Ingredients
- 5 oranges
- 2 cups of ice
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup of plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of club soda or selzter water
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of chia
Directions
- Peel the oranges and freeze them (around 30 minutes for the full orange and as long as you'd like if your orange is in sections/slices).

Combine all ingredients in a blender, but leave out the soda water.
- If you'd like it sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of honey.
- To add fiber, omega-3s, and some protein, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
- Blend the ingredients, then add the soda water and blend again for a few seconds.
- Enjoy!
