Ingredients

  • 5 oranges
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of club soda or selzter water

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of chia

Directions

  1. Peel the oranges and freeze them (around 30 minutes for the full orange and as long as you'd like if your orange is in sections/slices).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender, but leave out the soda water.

    • If you'd like it sweeter, add 1 tablespoon of honey.
    • To add fiber, omega-3s, and some protein, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
  3. Blend the ingredients, then add the soda water and blend again for a few seconds.
  4. Enjoy!
