Write It Both Ways - Spelling Game

Materials

• Spelling list
• Paper
• Writing implement (I recommend a red crayon or colored pencil for your right hand and a blue crayon or colored pencil for your left hand)

Instructions

This activity builds dexterity and balance, as well as new, engaging ways to practice your spelling words.

1. Using your best concentration, write your spelling words with the hand that you don’t normally write with.
2. Using your best concentration and handwriting, write your spelling words with your dominant hand (the hand you usually write with).
